Return and Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our products or services for any reason,
just let us know and we will cheerfully refund the purchase price
within 30 days from the purchase date. If any new product is
defective 'out of the box' we will refund product and shipping
costs or provide an identical replacement of your product delivered
to your location, depending on your request. Refunds will be by
check or by credit card credit, depending on original payment method..
Software must be returned within 30 days in the original packaging
and all CD's and disks returned. Please call for a Return
Authorization number for all returns. We will refund 100% within the
first 30 days. After 30 and before 60 days, we will refund the purchase price
less shipping and an 18% restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned
product to our location. No returns will be accepted after
60 days. Recurring services and subscription services will be
terminated upon receipt of written instructions . We will refund
any unused portion of the subscription/recurring service.
Products offered by affiliate stores are covered by return and refund
policies of the individual stores. If you purchase from one of
our advertisers, please contact that advertiser for returns and
refunds, and please notify us of any problems with those companies.
We strive to provide links to quality companies and if those companies
fail to provide the best of customer service, we will remove them from
